Specification Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles
Job Title: Commercial Specification Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles x2

Area to be covered: London x2
Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 negotiable + 1% commission on all sales
Benefits: travel expenses & full benefits package
The role of the Commercial Specification Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles will involve:
*Field sales role selling a manufactured range of wall and floor tiles such as: ceramics, natural stone, hard wood, laminate, porcelain and other bathroom related products
*All of your time will be spent selling to tier 1 main contractors, regional developers, architects, interiors designers and specifiers
*Targeted to turnover £300k first year
*Majority of your time will be spent depending new business relationships
The ideal applicant will be an Commercial Specification Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles with:
*Must have construction field / specification sales experience selling to tier 1 contractors, developers, specifiers, architects and interiors designers
*Would consider a contractors/ developers sales rep with no spec experience
*Ideally from the tile or KBB industry however open
*Customer focussed, personable character with excellent relationship building skills
*Must be IT literate
