Sales AdministratorFull-time | Office-based (1 day WFH)

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing international business that works with customers and suppliers across global markets. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to support their commercial and export operations.
This role would suit someone early in their career who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop experience in international sales administration and exports.
The roleAs Sales Administrator, you’ll support the sales and export teams with day-to-day administration, customer documentation, and shipment coordination. You’ll be involved in the full order-to-delivery process and gain hands-on exposure to international shipping and export procedures.
You’ll be office-based, working closely with colleagues across sales, logistics, and finance, and will be encouraged to take ownership of your tasks as your confidence grows.
Key responsibilities*Raising proforma invoices and supporting customer documentation
*Assisting with checking product availability and coordinating shipment timelines
*Supporting the organisation of shipments and liaising with freight partners
*Preparing and issuing shipping advice and order confirmations
*Assisting with export documentation and ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete
*Communicating with customers regarding orders and delivery updates
*Checking shipment and consignment details and flagging discrepancies
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal tracking logs
*Raising invoices on the company’s ERP system and passing to accounts
*Supporting proof of payment processes where required
*General administrative support, filing, and ad-hoc tasks to assist the wider team
What we’re looking for*Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or office-based role (desirable but not essential)
*Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
*Good numerical ability
*Clear written and verbal communication
*Willingness to learn and take responsibility
*A positive, proactive attitude and a team-focused approach
