Teaching Assistant - Secondary School
Location: Outskirts of Kettering, Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
Contract: Full-time / Long-term (with potential for permanent)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming secondary school on the outskirts of Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people in their learning and development.
The Role: * Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 in the classroom

* Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning

* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

* Providing additional support to students with SEN or SEMH needs (where required)

* Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate: * Has experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based experience desirable)

* Is patient, adaptable, and confident supporting learning in a classroom setting

* Has strong communication and behaviour management skills

* Holds a valid DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply for one)

* Is reliable and able to commute to the outskirts of Kettering
