Job Description:
International Co-ordinator - (French Speaking)
Role Purpose
To manage the international repatriation of deceased persons, ensuring all logistical, legal, and administrative requirements are completed accurately, efficiently, and with compassion.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate all inbound and outbound international repatriations.
*Liaise with overseas funeral homes, consulates, embassies, airlines, and government agencies.
*Prepare and process all required documentation (death certificates, permits, translations, customs forms).
*Arrange transport logistics, including flights and ground handling.
*Provide clear, sensitive communication and support to families throughout the process.
*Produce estimates and invoices; maintain accurate case records.
*Work with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
*Ensure compliance with international laws, airline regulations, and company standards.
*Maintain strong relationships with global partners and service providers.
Skills & Experience
*Fluent to native in French
*Fluent in English
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple time-critical cases.
*High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
*Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach.
*Proficient in MS Office and case management systems.
*Desirable: experience in repatriation, logistics, aviation, or funeral services; foreign language skills.
