We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in Loughton.
The ideal candidate must have previousEstate Agency experience including Valuing, and understands the full sales process.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:
*Basic £25,000 - £28,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Canvassing to bring on new properties
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
*Valuing and listing properties
*Providing tailored advice to clients
*Following up warm leads
*Creating your own business opportunities
*Working together as a team to achieve success
Key Skills:
*Previous experience in Estate Agency including Valuing
*Proven track record within the property industry
*Full understanding of the sales process
*High level of customer service skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ambitious with the drive to succeed
*Proactive team player
*Excellent telephone manner
*Well-presented and self-motivated
*Passion for helping people
*Motivated and driven to hit targets and deliver results
