Job Description:
Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Director on a permanent basis for an innovative manufacturing business based in Wakefield. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially focussed finance leader looking for a senior leadership role in an international business with clear growth plans.
The business is operating a hybrid working model - 4 days onsite and 1 day at home.
As Finance Director, this role will partner closely with senior leadership, operations and project managers to provide high quality financial insight to assist with effective decision making.
This role will take full responsibility for project and commercial accounting, preparation of financial reports and statements and general ledger management.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, cost and margin analysis, project cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting and planning, leading the year group and statutory audit processes and providing support to M&A activities.
This role will be responsible for managing a small team to drive a high performing, accountable culture.
The successful candidate will:
*Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
*Have experience in a senior finance role previously
*Have a proven ability to partner and influence decision making
*Be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic setting
£95,000 - £105,000 + 15% bonus scheme + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + generous contributory pension scheme (10% employer) + free on site parking + hybrid working
