Job Description:
SALES MANAGER - HAMPSTEAD
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful high end boutique agency who specialise in the sale and rental of central London property. They are searching for a Sales Manager to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London Sales Manager who has 3 + years’ experience.
Duties/Functions of the role:
*Generating, arranging and attending valuations.
*Converting market appraisals into sales instructions.
*Reporting sales activity and pipeline.
*Managing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion.
*Ability to build strong business relationships.
*Able to win new business.
*Day to day management of the sales team. (once the team is established)
*Coaching and developing the sales team. (once the team is established)
Requirements of the role:
*A strong track record of winning new business instructions.
*A full and clean driving licence.
*Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Salary Budgets: £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary, £100,000 - £110,000K OTE
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.30am - 1pm
