We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Applications Engineer based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Senior Applications Engineer role
Salary: £48,000-£52,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am-4.45pm Friday 8.30am-1.30pm
Responsibilities of theSenior Applications Engineer
*Lead selection of bespoke pumping equipment
*Preparation and delivery of quotations for large-scale pumping systems
*Provide technical expertise during the quotation process
*Supporting the Commercial Manager
*Keep data recording systems up to date
*Technical support
Requirements for a successful Senior Applications Engineer
*HND in Mechanical Engineering
*Experience in pump selection
*Experience in preparing and delivering quotations
*Experience in the wastewater industry or similar sectors
*Experience in working within an ISO quality system
*Proficient in pump selection software and technical tools
