Analytics Manager - Retail (Permanent)
£65k + car allowance + bonus
Hybrid working: 3 days onsite
I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading international organisation for a permanent Analytics Manager to play a key role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a senior opportunity where analytics directly informs decision-making, performance improvement, and operational strategy, offering strong visibility, influence, and long-term career progression.
The Role
*Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and BI specialists
*Own delivery of high-quality reporting, insight, and analytics
*Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
*Ensure strong data governance, coding standards, and data quality
*Balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement
About You
*Proven experience leading analytics or BI teams
*Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau
*Confident communicator able to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
*Experience in project-based or Agile environments
*Supply chain or logistics exposure (or strong interest)
*Python, data warehousing, and ETL experience beneficial
