?? SUPERVISOR – HIGHWAYS PROJECT ??
??Bedfordshire ?? Contract – c.18 Months
?? Start: First week of February
RGB Recruitment is working with a leading highways contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways project in Cambridge.
This is a long-term contract opportunity (circa 18 months), ideal for a Supervisor with strong site leadership and highways experience.
?? The Role: *Reporting directly into the General Foreman
*Supervising a site team of 20–30 operatives
*Delivering detailed toolbox talks and daily briefings
*Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
*Supporting programme delivery and site productivity
?? About You: *SSSTS or SMSTS qualified
*Proven experience supervising highways projects
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*Able to manage site teams and maintain safe systems of work
