Your responsibilities:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
*Help students access the curriculum and engage with learning
*Support behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development
*Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider professionals
The ideal Support Worker will have:
*A patient, caring, and resilient approach
*Experience as a Support Worker, or within SEN or care-based settings (desirable but not essential)
*A genuine passion for education and training and supporting children.
