Job Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a career-minded individual seeking to progress within the property sector.
Location: City centre office in the North East
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 per annum, plus benefits
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
A well-established UK-wide residential property organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join its busy city centre office. The organisation manages the sale of a diverse portfolio of residential properties across the UK, ranging from city apartments to large country estates.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills, ideally gained within the property industry, and will play a key role in supporting the management of residential property sales nationwide.
Key responsibilities include:
*Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and estate agents
*Maintaining accurate records using a bespoke internal IT system
*General administrative duties, including call handling and diary management
*Processing invoices
*Responding to telephone calls and emails promptly and professionally
This role would suit a motivated and hardworking individual with a genuine interest in property who is seeking a rewarding and long-term career opportunity. The position offers the chance to become part of a leading organisation within the UK residential property sector.
