NJR Recruitment is partnering with an established Grantham-based firm that is expanding its team. They are seeking an IFA Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner to support Financial Planners and Paraplanners while developing technical expertise and progressing professionally.
You’ll join a friendly, family-feel business with an excellent reputation for delivering bespoke advice to High Net Worth clients — and a genuine commitment to investing in your future.


Experience of working within the industry is essential, and you will ideally be working towards the Level 4 Diploma in regulated Financial Planning,


The Role:
• Supporting Financial Planners and Paraplanners with day-to-day administration
• Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection products
• Preparing client meeting and review documentation
• Liaising with clients and product providers
• Maintaining accurate records on back-office systems
• Gaining exposure to the full financial planning process


About You:
• Industry-related experience within Financial Planning / IFA is essential
• Alternatively, strong transferable experience within financial services
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine interest in progressing into Paraplanning
• Motivated, detail-focused and professional
