Job Description:
Our client, a highly respected Higher Education establishment based in Glasgow, requires an Administrator on a temporary basis. The salary for the position is £13.08/hour, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Main purpose of role:
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support for the department.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
*General administrative duties
*Audio and Copy typing
*Data entry
*Scanning, filing and archiving
*Audio typing of medical reports

Key Skills and Requirements:
*Relevant experience gained in a similar role
*Excellent typing skills
*Medical Terminology advantageous
*High degree of computer literacy including familiarity with MS Office
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
*Able to work flexibly and effectively under pressure
*Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
