Job Description:

What you’ll be doing * Managing day-to-day client accounts
* Making sure rent, landlord payments, and contractor payments are accurate and on time
* Chasing arrears in line with regulations
* Handling deposits, rent increases, and landlord floats
* Keeping files audit-ready and compliant
* Acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams
What they’re looking for * At least 2 years’ experience in lettings client accounts
* Someone organised, accurate, and comfortable handling client money
* Clear communication and a steady approach
* Experience with Reapit is a strong advantage
* An interest in continuing professional development
