Job Description:
Newstaff Employment Services is looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Labourer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist in various factory operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities *Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and products.
*Support production line workers in the assembly and processing of goods.
*Keep the work area organized and clean to promote safety and efficiency.
*Follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines as demonstrated by supervisors.
*Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to management in a timely manner.
*Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
Requirements
*Previous experience in a factory or labor-intensive role is preferred but not essential.
*Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items as required.
*Strong work ethic and reliability.
*Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
*Good communication skills.
*Willingness to work flexible hours as needed by the factory schedule.
