Job Description:
Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main duties will include:
*Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
*Providing exceptional customer service
*Booking appointments for the external sales team
*Promoting new products via outbound calls and email
*Providing technical advice on products
*Answering queries quickly and efficiently
*General sales administrative support
The successful candidate will have:
*Excellent communication skills
*Previous diary management experience
*Strong customer service skills
*Good geographical knowledge of the UK
*Enthusiastic team player
*Calm and professional telephone manner
*Good IT skills
