The Company
An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction based products. The company is extremely well established with over 150 years of manufacturing experience and has a global reputation which is second to none in their marketplace. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day plant management activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising site efficiencies, including focusing on continuous improvement, working on several processes. The ideal candidate will come from a related operational plant management background and should be able to work on their own initiative, contributing to the vision, strategy and procedures, to improve the site operational performance. You will also be able and willing to be involved in working capital projects to also improve plant performance, which will include financial accountability for budgets and forecasting, ensuring legal compliance with H&S and team development within the manufacturing process area. There is a huge amount of variety on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
