*£25,000 basic salary
*Very generous and competitive commission structure
*Guaranteed commission considered on an individual basis
*Conservatively £50,000 - £80,000+ On Target Earnings, uncapped – this package could very realistically increase to 6-figures plus in future years
*9am – 6pm Monday-Friday, Saturday’s optional at this stage, but this can be discussed

Their brand new offices are fully set up and are ready to grow a sales team within. When I say they are plush offices, I mean they are HIGH END and PLUSH and they provide a dynamic and exciting working environment.
They are subscribed to and fully set up with several top platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket in order to ensure maximum exposure for future clients. Their CRM system, 10ninety, allows for efficient and streamlined operations.
This dynamic and cutting edge property business is currently seeking a driven and experienced property professional to take the helm of this top quality brand. If successful, you will initially begin a valuing and listing campaign and as the pipeline grows, you will build a new sales team around you.

Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager - Responsibilities:
*Cold start new sales and lettings business
*Build a strong network of clients
*Conduct property valuations and listings for both sales and lettings
*Oversee the sales and lettings process, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner
*Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
*Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the industry
*Recruit, train and develop new team members and grow a team around you
*Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations
Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager - Requirements:
*Proven successful experience valuing and listing properties both for Sale and To Let
*You must be a self-starter that is willing to go out there and grab the new business – you will be rewarded lucratively for your successful efforts
*Proven track record in exceeding targets
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
*Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
*Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems
*Passion for the property industry and a desire to succeed
*Full UK driving licence and own car essential
