Senior Account Manager / Client Lead

We’re working with a specialist real estate marketing studio looking for a Senior Account Manager / Client Lead to take ownership of investment and office leasing marketing projects.


This role suits someone from a property-focused marketing agency who is highly organised, fast-paced and exceptionally detail-oriented. There’s a high level of autonomy, so this would suit someone comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with designers and the wider client services team.


The role:




*Act as the primary client lead across office leasing and investment marketing projects
*Manage projects end-to-end, from briefing through to final delivery
*Oversee timelines, budgets, invoicing and financial administration
*Work closely with designers to ensure accuracy, pace and quality
*Be hands-on across all aspects of delivery, not just client communication
*Support studio marketing activity and day-to-day operations


About you




*Experience within a real estate marketing agency (investment and leasing strongly preferred)
*Strong client and project management capability
*Highly organised, efficient and detail-driven
*Commercially aware and comfortable overseeing financial admin
*Confident working autonomously in a small, specialist studio
*Calm under pressure and used to fast turnaround environments
