Responsibilities As a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer, you will:
*Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
*Oversee the supply, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, including single and multi-splits, for both commercial and domestic clients.
*Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
*Provide technical expertise and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
*Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
*Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
*A minimum of 5 years of experience in the air conditioning industry.
*Proven experience as a team leader or senior engineer, with strong managerial skills.
*F-Gas certification and a thorough understanding of industry regulations.
*Expertise in both commercial and domestic air conditioning systems.
*A full UK driving license.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Day-to-Day Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to ensure smooth operations.
*Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for a variety of clients.
*Managing project timelines and ensuring client satisfaction.
