Inventory Controller
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Inventory Controller to join our well-established client based in Tamworth, on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience working within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
You will play a key part in ensuring stock accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory control.
Shifts:
*Monday to Friday: 8am - 4.30pm
Salary:
*£30,000 per annum

Day-to-day duties:
As an Inventory Controller, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
*Carry out regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits across both sites
*Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
*Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems
*Liaise with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
*Support goods in, goods out, and stock movements
*Ensure stock is stored, labelled, and recorded correctly
*Assist with year-end stock takes and compliance processes
Essential skills:
To be successful as an Inventory Controller, you will need:
*Previous experience in an inventory, stock control, or warehouse admin role
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident using inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
*Ability to work across two sites (travel between sites required)
*Good communication and problem-solving skills
*Proactive, reliable, and well organised
*A full UK driving licence
Training:
*Full training will be provided, with ongoing development support
