Conveyancer – Hybrid Working
Location: Wolverhampton (2–3 days per week office based)
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000

The Role
You’ll manage a varied and engaging residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
*Reviewing titles, preparing reports and drafting contracts
*Progressing matters from instruction through to post-completion
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
*Using the firm’s case management system to ensure smooth file progression
You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and benefit from a stable, well-organised support structure.
About You
*Minimum 3 years’ experience handling your own conveyancing caseload
*Confident working independently on end-to-end transactions
*Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a busy but supportive environment
*Enjoys collaborating in the office while also utilising hybrid flexibility
