The Role
You will manage a broad Employment caseload, including:
*Advising employers and senior employees on contracts, policies, restructures and day-to-day HR issues
*Handling disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, grievances and settlement agreements
*Acting on Employment Tribunal and High Court matters, liaising with counsel where required
*Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the development of the team
*Working closely with clients and building long-term professional relationships

About You
*Solicitor or Associate with 3+ PQE in Employment law
*Confident managing your own matters and building client relationships
*Strong technical knowledge of employment law and practical application
*Professional, proactive and client-focused
*Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
*Collaborative, team-player attitude with a commercial mindset
