The Role
You will join a trusted Family Law team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal advice across private and public family matters, with a particular focus on private children cases. Key responsibilities include:
*Managing your own cases and diary with autonomy
*Conducting advocacy in court and client meetings
*Advising clients on sensitive and complex family matters
*Negotiating settlements and preparing legal documentation
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across offices to ensure excellent client service
About You
*Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (with higher rights) with 2+ years PQE
*Experience in family law, ideally with private children cases
*Knowledge of Legal Aid is desirable
*Confident, proactive and client-focused
*Strong advocacy, negotiation and communication skills
*Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team
