My client, a highly respected international supplier, is seeking a customer-focused team player to support their dynamic service team on a temporary basis. If you thrive on delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is your chance to shine!
What you’ll do:
*Be the first point of contact for pre-sales and stock enquiries, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional
*Prepare accurate customer quotations
*Manage sample requests with precision
*Process incoming orders swiftly and accurately
*Keep audit trails and paperwork spot-on and compliant
*Follow up with customers to measure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
What we’re looking for:
*A proactive, detail-oriented communicator who puts customers first
*SAP experience is a bonus!
