The RoleAs an entry-level Recruitment Consultant, you’ll start by sourcing and engaging candidates. Over time, you’ll progress into a full 360° role, managing:
*Client relationships and business development
*Candidate sourcing, interviews, and placement management
*Offer negotiation and closing deals
*Building and running your own specialist desk
