A fast-growing creative agency in Milton Keynes is looking for an organised, proactive Account Executive to join their Client Services team. About the AgencyYou’ll be joining a forward-thinking creative, digital and marketing agency that partners with a diverse portfolio of brands across multiple sectors. The RoleReporting to the Account Manager, you’ll support the smooth running of day-to-day projects, ensuring deadlines, communication and internal processes stay on track. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in accuracy and detail.
Key Responsibilities*Support Account Managers with campaign coordination and project delivery
*Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
*Manage day-to-day administration across multiple accounts (invoices, timing plans, quotes, contact notes)
*Assist with project planning, scheduling resource, and updating status trackers
*Organise meetings, room bookings and travel arrangements
*Manage the agency hotline and support new business enquiries
*Attend client briefings and gather information for creative briefs
*Set up new jobs and folders
*Raise supplier POs and allocate costs within Synergist
*Document client feedback and attend creative review sessions
*Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions and next steps
*Build an understanding of each client’s business, brand and competitive landscape

*Personable, confident and able to work with a variety of stakeholders
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Excellent multitasking and time management skills
*Clear and effective communication skills
