*Leadership including running daily and weekly team meetings (5), conducting one-to-ones, training, coaching and performance reviews
*CRM, Systems and Process – managing the CRM system, identifying and rolling out process improvements throughout the sales function.
*Workflow management – allocating loads, assisting to drive sales processes forwards liaising with other functions
*Creating Sales Reports and Documents – such a strategy reviews, client account reviews, KPI reports and profitability tracking
*Developing Sales Collateral such a proposals, presentations and sales documents.
*Working with Directors on team strategy and improvement
