Internal Sales Advisor | £27,000 - £30,000 | Colchester, Essex
My client, a respected supplier within the construction sector, is currently seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join their busy, customer-focused team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has a proactive approach to driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
*Handle incoming calls and email enquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer care
*Develop and nurture effective working relationships with trade clients and business partners
*Advise customers on products, pricing and availability, preparing quotes where required
*Accurately manage orders and maintain customer account information
Assist field sales colleagues by identifying opportunities and carrying out follow-up activity
*Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the CRM system
Skills
*Background in sales or customer support, ideally within a B2B environment
*Clear and confident communicator with the ability to build rapport
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic and collaborative team player
*Comfortable using IT systems; experience with CRM platforms is an advantage
Package
*£27,000 - £30,000 basic salary + performance-related bonus
