The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll combine sales, relationship management, and problem-solving to deliver talent solutions to fast-growing businesses. You’ll be trained to run a full recruitment desk and given the autonomy to build something of your own.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

* Proactively sourcing and headhunting talent.

* Managing job adverts and screening applications.

* Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process.

* Negotiating terms and closing placements.

* Generating uncapped commission through performance.
