Job Description:
BWD have partnered with a small but expanding financial planning and investment management business in their search for a key hire to the business.
This opportunity offers great variety in a role that will have the opportunity to continue to grow in line with the business’s organic growth plans over the coming years.
The business is seeking a practice manager / senior support member to work closely with the firms financial planning and investment managers, a key hire who will help the business run smooth and efficiently for both their staff and clients.
The role will involve:
*Oversight of the office in operational processes
*Supporting the business owner with client work and the booking of client meetings and general running of a small office
*Regular client contact / relationship management
*Providing support to advisers both pre and post client meeting
*Attending both internal and external meetings where required
*Acting as the face and advocate of a business who put clients first
The opportunity may well suit a senior sales support professional from a financial services background or an existing practice manager / support manager with hands on experience.
As an understanding employer, our client is open to the offering of some flexible working to suit with the understanding some office presence will be required to ensure the business runs smoothly.
A negotiable salary of c£32k to £40k is available (depending on experience) and great scope for career progression.
The role would suit applications from ambitious individuals with financial services background who would like to work as part of a small and friendly team
