Our Stafford site plays a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions for QSR and Coffee chain clients. We’re looking for a Production Planner to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our operations.


Your Mission:
*You’ll be at the heart of our production process — evaluating customer forecasts and sales orders to build efficient, responsive production plans. Your work ensures we meet demand, hit deadlines, and keep our operations running smoothly.


What You’ll Do:
*Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure seamless plan execution and rapid resolution of production issues.
*Coordinate workflow across multiple products and processes, allocating materials, equipment, and manpower effectively.
*Forecast manpower, equipment, and raw material needs to meet production targets.
*Schedule ingredient and material usage to maintain optimal production flow.
*Monitor supply levels and proactively address shortages or bottlenecks.
*Build and communicate weekly production plans to all Operations teams.
*Ensure adequate cover is in place to meet demand.
*Track output performance and identify opportunities for improvement.


What You’ll Bring:
*Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data management and planning.
*Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
*Proven organizational and problem-solving ability.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
*Experience as a Production Planner or Scheduler in a food manufacturing environment.
*A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
