7.5 Tonne Driver
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Crick. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused driver who takes pride in delivering high levels of service.
Shifts
• Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
• Start times between 06:00 and 08:00
• Shifts operate on a two-week rotating pattern
Rates of Pay
• £15.00 per hour (basic)

Day-to-Day Duties
As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, your duties will include:
• Delivering high-quality products while providing excellent customer service
• Completing planned day routes within a designated delivery area (no overnight stays)
• Ensuring customer satisfaction is always the top priority
• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts
• Completing all relevant paperwork accurately
• Ensuring all loads are transported safely and securely
Essential Skills
• Category C1 (7.5t) driving licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• Digital tachograph card
• Maximum of 6 penalty points on licence
• Good driving record with courteous driving behaviour
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience in a customer-facing driving role
• Multi-drop delivery experience
Training Provided
• Full training provided
• Ongoing support from site and People Solutions team
