Financial Planning Administrator PA
A highly professional wealth management firm in Derbyshire is now seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator and PA to join their highly supportive team.

What will the Financial Planning Administrator role involve?
This position blends financial planning administration with trusted PA support working closely with advisers, other administrators and senior stakeholders.
You will be the key point of contact for clients, both new and existing, managing workflows, preparing and following up on meetings, ensuring regulatory standards are met and supporting complex advice cases. Alongside this, you will provide high level diary management, inbox management and organisational support to a Senior Adviser.
Key duties of Financial Planning Administrator:
*Managing both new and existing client accounts.
*Obtaining illustrations for new business and preparing portfolio valuation reports for existing pensions and investments.
*Preparing annual review packs.
*Processing business accurately and promptly in line with compliance guidelines.
*Document preparation, scanning, and data input as required.
*Diary management.
*Answering telephones professionally and courteously to high-net-worth clients, providing information and assistance to advisers and third parties.
*Working collaboratively with a friendly team of advisers and paraplanners.
*Undertaking varied PA duties for a Senior Adviser.
Requirements of Financial Planning Administrator PA
*Experience working in an administrative capacity within regulated financial services.
*A good understanding of pensions, investments and protection.
*Ideally previous experience undertaking PA/ Secretarial tasks.
*A highly professional approach with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
*Confidence navigating a variety of IT systems.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Team working approach.
*Keenness to learn.
