Senior Commercial Accountant
Liverpool £60-70,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits
Resourcery Group are working with a market leading business in Liverpool city centre as they look to hire a Senior Commercial Accountant. This is a genuine value adding role and opportunity to influence decision making from day one. You will work with the Senior Leadership group to drive business performance and use finance as a business tool. Opportunities like this do not come around too often.
Job Description
*Produce timely and accurate management accounts
*Prepare and analyse financial statements to support decision-making processes
*Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial efficiency.
*Work with Operations to drive business performance
*Lead on transformation projects across finance and the wider business
*Monitor financial performance and provide insights to drive profitability.
*Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
*Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
*Collaborate and Business Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial advice and support.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
*Identify areas for cost-saving and process improvement within the finance department.
Successful Commercial Management Accountant should have:
*A recognised qualification in accounting or finance.
*Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
