Our client is a modern law firm with multiple offices across the Hampshire/West Sussex area. You will advise on a variety of matters to include Divorce (including agricultural/military divorces), Finance and Children matters.
Duties will include:
*Managing own caseload.
*Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance and private children matters.
*Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.
*Drafting various Court Applications.
*Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities.
*Provide support and training to junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will:
*A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5-10 years of PQE.
*Have experience in high net worth cases for pensions / agricultural divorces
*Experience in running your own family caseload.

*Competitive salary: Competitive dependent on experience £54,000 - £64,000.
