A well-established private law firm based in Gravesend is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its growing team.
The RoleYou will manage a varied and busy immigration caseload, working with a diverse client base on a wide range of UK immigration matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking for long-term career progression within a supportive private practice.
Key Responsibilities*Managing your own caseload of immigration matters from start to finish
*Advising clients on a broad range of immigration issues, including:
*Visa applications (family, work, student, visit)
*Indefinite Leave to Remain and British citizenship
*Sponsor licence applications and compliance
*Appeals and administrative reviews
*Drafting applications, representations, and legal submissions
*Liaising with the Home Office, tribunals, and other relevant bodies
*Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
Requirements*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
*Minimum 3 years PQE in Immigration Law
*Strong technical knowledge of UK immigration rules and procedures
*Ability to manage a caseload independently
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Client-focused, organised, and detail-oriented
*Experience in a private practice environment preferred
