Senior Software Engineer - YC-Backed AI Startup
Location: London (Old Street)
Salary: £130K-£160K + significant equity (projected 20x growth)
I’m working with a hyper-growth, YC-backed startup that raised significant Series A funding - one of the largest in tech history. Founded by proven entrepreneurs with multiple successful exits, they’re building AI-powered platforms in the financial sector.
What They’re Looking For
*Experience: 7+ years (minimum 5) in software engineering; ideally with startup exposure.
*Tech Stack:Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
*Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django), Go, Rust
*Mindset: Founding engineer mentality - proactive, curious, thrives in fast-paced environments.
*Bonus: Experience in high-calibre teams (fintech, AI, or similar).
