Description
*Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Ensure timely payments to suppliers in accordance with company policies.
*Maintain accurate purchase ledger records and update systems as required.
*Assist with the preparation of payment runs and related documentation.
*Handle queries from suppliers and internal teams professionally.
*Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.
Profile
The successful applicant should have:
*Strong knowledge of purchase ledger processes and accounting principles.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Accuracy and attention to detail in processing financial data.
*Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
*Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Offer
*Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 to £15.00 per hour, paid on a temporary basis.
