Academics are currently seeking a fun and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Provision, supporting children with Multiple Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autism (ASD), and complex needs.

The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is committed to the well-being of staff and providing a supportive, fun, and enriching environment for both staff and students.
The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the Class Teacher and other supporting staff to assist pupils across Primary & Secondary ages with SEN. Class sizes are up to 10 students, with 3/5 Teaching Assistants in each class, ensuring that every student gets the individual attention they need.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in Healthcare/Nursing, or working with Learning Difficulties is a plus
*A passion for supporting children with SEN
*Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to providing a therapeutic approach to education
