One of our professional services clients need a qualified Finance Business Partner with professional services experience. You must have worked for a business where revenue is billed by the hour (e.g. consulting, legal, advisory, accountancy, engineering, architecture).


Responsibilities
*Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles
*Detailed analysis of utilisation, recovery rates, chargeability and productivity
*Revenue and margin analysis based on billed hours and fee income
*Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and challenge
*Headcount planning and cost modelling
*KPI reporting for partners and leadership teams
*Supporting pricing, resourcing and capacity planning decisions
*Improving FP&A models, reporting packs and forecasting accuracy
*Ad-hoc commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives


Requirements
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA) qualified
*Strong FP&A professional with relevant experience
*Background in professional services with hourly billing / time-recording
*Immediately Available
