We’re working with a retail firm who need an Interim Project / Management Accountant on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role to help with a data cleanse and to support the finance function through a period of change, with a strong focus on management reporting, projects, and stakeholder support across the business.


Responsibilities
*Preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts
*Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
*Supporting and leadingfinance-led projects (e.g. system/process improvements, cost control initiatives, reporting enhancements)
*Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders
*Cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
*Supporting year-end and audit processes as required
*Improving controls, reporting accuracy, and timelines
*Ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making


Requirements
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Proven experience in a management accounting or project finance role
*Immediately available
