You will need:
*The right to work in the UK
*Team leadership and strong relationship building skill
*Level 3 or above childcare qualification
*Good ideas on how to maintain high quality and ratio bound environments
*An ability to safeguard and protect children
*To be reliable, positive and friendly
You’ll have lots of time creating fun activities for children, but you’ll also support the Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the nursery. This will involve helping support the team, as well as helping with nursery finances, staffing, health and safety, partnering with parents, and ensuring the quality of the curriculum.
We have spaces dedicated to different age groups, including a cosy room for babies.
Our children enjoy science, dialogic reading, cooking, yoga, ’feelings boxes’ and much more! They love to get outdoors too, visiting the local shops and exploring nearby Park.
Experienced as a Deputy Manager is essential. This will be to work 80% room based and 20% office based with our Stoke Newington Nursery and Pre-School. We are looking for someone who is experienced as a Deputy Manager and understand they will be working 80% of the time in the rooms. No parking available.
