Quality Controller needed in Tewkesbury, Paying: £12.25 per hour, Hours: Rotating shifts (06:00–14:30 / 14:00–22:30) Contract: Temp to Perm, full time contact with immediate start for the right candidate.

Pertemps are recruiting for a Quality Controller to join a well-established manufacturing company in Tewkesbury. This is a hands-on role within final inspection, making sure products meet quality standards before being dispatched.
Main Duties:
*Final inspection of finished products
*Visual and basic dimensional checks
*Recording inspection results and completing paperwork
*Supporting production with in-process checks if issues arise
*Reporting defects or quality concerns to the QA team
*Keeping the work area clean and tidy
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a quality, inspection, or manufacturing role
*Good attention to detail
*Confident carrying out visual inspections
*Basic experience using measuring tools such as verniers or micrometers
*Comfortable working as part of a team
*Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Desirable (but not essential):
*Manufacturing or electronics background
*Experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment
*First Article Inspection experience (training can be provided)
Requirements:
*GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (Grade C or above)
*Able to work rotating shifts
*Reliable and able to work under pressure
