Assembly Operator (Wirer/Jigger)

Day-to-day of the role:
*Read and adhere to all relevant documentation for plating and finishing processes.
*Strictly follow company manufacturing, health & safety, and quality procedures.
*Execute the production plan and maintain accurate quality records.
*Identify and apply correct jigging and wiring/barrelling methods for each component.
*Safely handle chemicals within the plating department.
*Utilise x-ray spectrometer and other equipment to measure plating thickness and perform visual inspections.
*Ensure compliance with health & safety rules and company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
*Ability to follow strict processes and safety guidelines.
*Willingness to learn and apply new plating techniques.
*Previous experience in plating or metal finishing is beneficial but not essential.
*Good hand-eye coordination.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to follow work instructions accurately.
*Capability to meet and exceed production targets.
