Overall Purpose: Assisting the Associate Director with sales, working across our East London offices
Sales Property Consultant - Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
*Assisting with Valuations
*Registering and managing buyers
*Carry out viewings
*Take offers from buyers
*Reporting to Vendors
*Sales Progression
*Managing CRM
*Sales Administration
Sales Property Consultant - Person Specification:
*Excellent communications skills
*Smart and business-like
*Knowledgeable about the area and industry
*Punctual
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Professional and Positive attitude
*Self-motivated
*Good computer skills
*Reliable and trustworthy
Sales Property Consultant - Experience Required:
*Preferably have 2 years previous experience in Estate Agency Sales
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have own car

£26,000 per annum - plus Excellent Commission Package & Travel Allowance
