Forklift Driver – Counterbalance & Reach

Location: Tachbrook Park Drive, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, CV34

Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour + overtime

Contract: Ongoing with permanent opportunities

Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation based in Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa.

The Role
As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and maintaining best practice within a fast-paced environment. Duties will include:

*Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently


*Carrying out daily FLT safety and equipment checks


*Following instructions from Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors


*Supporting general warehouse operations as required


*Working in line with all health & safety procedures



Shift Pattern (Rotating)
*Monday – Thursday: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00


*Friday: 06:00–13:00 / 13:00–20:00



Pay & Overtime
*Standard rate: £12.91 per hour (39 hours per week)


*Overtime x1.5: £19.36 per hour


*Overtime x2.0: £25.82 per hour

Requirements
*Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences (in date)


*Previous FLT warehouse experience preferred


*Ability to work rotating shifts
