Job Description:
Healthcare Assistant/Theatre Support Worker - Solihull We are seeking a proactive and skilled Healthcare Assistant/Theatre Support Worker to join our dedicated Theatres department in Solihull. In this vital role, you will be a key part of our clinical team, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality eye care.
Past theatre experience is a strict requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain the theatre environment and equipment.
* Assist with patient care, from admission to post-operative support.
* Provide circulating support for the scrub team.
* Manage administrative tasks and departmental supplies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven background in a theatre environment. We require a caring and compassionate team player who understands the importance of patient confidentiality.
