About the Role:
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 2 years to school age. You’ll plan engaging activities, support learning through play, and help create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities.
*Maintain accurate child records and learning plans.
*Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating environment.
*Promote positive parent partnerships and a sense of belonging.
*Uphold hygiene and safety standards, including nappy changing and toilet training.
*Champion safeguarding and child welfare at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
*Level 3 Early Years Qualification (DfE-recognized for EYFS ratios).
*Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
*Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible with a positive attitude.
*Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
*Minimum 3 years’ nursery experience (preferred).
Schedule:
*Monday to Friday (school hours).
